Shipping & Returns

All returns will be governed by the Australian Consumer Law and will be considered at the discretion of Naturally Replenish staff on an individual case basis. 

In every case, return shipping must be paid for in full by the sender and is not the responsibility of Naturally Replenish unless there are extreme circumstances in which please contact us via the information in the 'Contact Us' link. All items to be returned must be in original condition with complete packaging and safety seal, unless otherwise governed by the Australian Consumer Law. NO REFRIGERATED ITEMS WILL BE REFUNDED.

All cancelled orders will attract a 10% restocking fee.

No change of mind exchanges will be accepted pursuant to the Australian Consumer Law.

PLEASE NOTE I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR POSTAGE DELAYS AND LOST PARCELS. ALL PARCELS WITHIN AUSTRALIA HAVE TRACKING. IT IS THE PURCHASES RESPONSIBILITY TO FOLLOW UP MISSING PARCELS. THERE MAY BE DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19. It saddens me to add this, but it has come to the point that Australia Post is slow at best and parcels are being marked as delivered when the people haven't received them, or tracking not even showing. I find this disappointing, however I can no longer cover the cost of lost parcels, or the time inquiring where they are. It is beyond my control once I have handed over to the postal service. I am sorry it has come to this.
