Shipping & Returns

All returns will be governed by the Australian Consumer Law and will be considered at the discretion of Naturally Replenish staff on an individual case basis. 

In every case, return shipping must be paid for in full by the sender and is not the responsibility of Naturally Replenish unless there are extreme circumstances in which please contact us via the information in the 'Contact Us' link. All items to be returned must be in original condition with complete packaging unless otherwise governed by the Australian Consumer Law. 

No change of mind exchanges will be accepted pursuant to the Australian Consumer Law.
